Returns & Exchanges

At Made By Molly, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
